Sclerostin (SOST) and Dickkopf-related protein 1 (DKK1) are antagonists of Wnt signalling, inhibiting osteoblast activity and indirectly stimulating osteoclast activity. SOST and DKK1 antibody therapy leads to increases in bone mass and bone formation.
